Room was beautiful, spa was really nice and well maintained. View from the top floor bar was wonderful and the drinks and food up there pretty good. Warm welcome from the staff including a welcome drink, the scent used in the reception area was very nice. Location was super central for all of the main areas of Sofia.

An all around excellent hotel. From the location central to all the sights, the in-hotel bar and spa make it arguably the best in town. And they serve an amazing Shopska salad. There are 360 degree views of the city from the rooftop. Nikola, Nourhan, Todor were great in taking care of everything I needed. The ambiance of the room was super minimalist, modern and sleek. The fridge and mini bar is kept behind one of the closet doors. A small detail carefully thought out. Would highly recommend people in Sofia stay here!

I liked: *The bed, it was very comfy *The view from the room and rooftop bar was excellent *The food at the rooftop bar and breakfast was very nice *The controls in the room on lighting is a nice touch *The bathroom facilities were all great *The spa, pool and hot tub were all excellent *All the staff were friendly - and although I didn't ask for my clothes to be arranged neatly on the Monday of my stay I appreciated that a member of staff gave my clothes a tidy and put on the radio for me on my return to the room as i'd come back from a busy day out *Great decor all around the hotel *Good location and close to several landmarks in Sofia

Location was very central and even if on a main road the room was very quiet. Nice modern decor, big windows and funky bar on the roof with incredible view over Sofia. The breakfast was very good, everything needed there and more with lovely service. We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the lobby and the Asian fusion was delicious.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating and went beyond standard assistance. The rooms were very nice and importantly, ready to get into when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent and offered a nice range of foods and fruits.

Wow - what an amazing hotel! Great location, 2 mins walk to the cathedral, 10 mins from the main boulevard. Room was outstanding (#411) with floor to ceiling windows, view of the cathedral and spacious. Breakfast on the top floor was great, only matched by the 360 views of the city. The spa facilities were wonderful, really private and clean. Staff were amazing throughout and couldn't fault it!

Great location. Good amenities, nice bed and space in the room. Everything provided you need and the staff very friendly although not all of them speak English, but that is minor.
